Rudy Giuliani’s New York regulation license was once revoked on Tuesday amid allegations that he assisted former President Donald Trump’s failed effort to overturn the result of the 2020 election.

“The disciplinary fees stem from the allegations that respondent communicated demonstrably false and deceptive statements to courts, lawmakers, and the general public at massive in his capability as attorney for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump marketing campaign in reference to Trump’s failed effort at reelection in 2020,” lawyers for the New York appeals courtroom that issued the ruling wrote of their choice.

Giuliani was once first admitted to follow regulation in New York in June 1969.
